Congregational Needs:
     Due to the size of our congregation, we are seeking an associate pastor to share equally in the responsibilities and duties of our congregation.  These duties include, but are not limited to, providing a stimulating youth ministry, sharing in the preaching at Sunday and Holiday services, presiding at funerals and weddings, visiting the sick and home bound.

Congregational Strengths:
     Trinity Lutheran Church is a growing congregation that is financially sound.  We have a growing membership that faithfully serves their God, community, and those in need.

Call Process Unique to this Specific Congregation:
 A call committee was formed per request of the Church Council.

• The needs of the church were assessed by the call committee and it was determined to proceed with the call process.
